At Plougmann & Vingtoft we have a high focus on the continuing professional development of our employees. Besides undergoing the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) our attorneys are provided with internal training adapted to their job function and level of experience. Hence, all of our attorneys are introduced to procedures for delivering a high level of consistent quality in any task.
Further, our Consultants’ Forum – weekly sessions where our consultants meet and discuss IPR related topics - facilitate and encourage knowledge sharing internally as well as externally. We also encourage our employees to externally seek further education and knowledge gain. Many of our consultants participate and speak at seminars and other IP related events for continued learning and keeping themselves updated.
