Our 50 patent attorneys all hold Master of Science or Ph.D. degrees within life science or engineering.
The majority of our attorneys also have previous experience with research and development from public and private enterprises. At Plougmann & Vingtoft they also receive a broad training and education within patent law and other intellectual property law as well as within business.
All of our European Patent Attorneys are registered at the European Patent Office (EPO) and members of the European Patent Institute (www.patentepi.com). Additionally, they are subject to its Code of Professional Conduct (epi-Information 2/2001, 75) and the Regulation on Discipline issued by EPO's Administrative Council.
