Client satisfaction

Biennially, we conduct a client satisfaction survey in order to get a general knowledge of our clients’ attitudes towards our company. These surveys provide valuable information in our continuous efforts to maintain the highest consultancy level in Europe.

In the recent satisfaction survey from 2008, our clients gave us very positive feedback. The overall results show that our clients view us as having very high technical skills and good knowledge of the challenges that exist in their specific line of business. Also, our clients consider Plougmann & Vingtoft as a provider of a high quality service that is individually tailored to match their specific needs. 98% of the respondents in our survey would recommend us to others, and 84% expect to either sustain or increase their cooperation with us in the future.
