Employee satisfaction

At Plougmann & Vingtoft, having satisfied and motivated employees is highly prioritised, and we constantly strive to be a great workplace. That is the reason why we biennially conduct a thorough employee satisfaction survey.

In 2007, we were ranked 19th in the survey “Best Workplaces in Denmark” executed by “Great Place to Work Institute”. We now use this positive result as
a starting point to work towards being among the best workplaces in Europe.

In 2008, all employees at Plougmann & Vingtoft were invited to a two-day workshop with the purpose of investigating how we can create an even better workplace. We started out by asking each employee to write down what they believe best characterises Plougmann & Vingtoft as a workplace. Here are some examples of what they wrote:

What best describes Plougmann & Vingtoft is the modern management style, a flat hierarchy with a short chain of command, and flexible working hours that make it easier to create a work/life balance

For me, having the possibility to develop myself professionally is what makes Plougmann & Vingtoft a great place to work. Also, the work tasks are
many-sided and challenging, and both team-work and individual work are
welcomed

I really appreciate the sense of solidarity that exists among us colleagues, also across departments and demarcations. The atmosphere is always pleasant which contributes positively to the overall job satisfaction

I am pleased with the reception I got when I started working at Plougmann & Vingtoft. The introduction course was well organised and I got the impression of
the firm as professional and yet informal and with an open-door policy

Our employee satisfaction is of vital importance to Plougmann & Vingtoft, and it is of high priority that the company continues to be valued as an attractive workplace by our current, potential and former employees.
