European patent validation and translation

Once the European Patent Office has carried out the examination of your European patent application, the regional phase is near its completion.

The final steps that will still remain to be taken, before the application will be issued as a European patent, are:

  • approving the final wording of the patent application,
  • filing a translation of the patent claims into the two other official languages (English, German and/or French), and
  • paying the printing fee.

Through our solid network of experienced representatives and translators throughout Europe, we are able to help you validate your European patent in all member states of the European Patent Convention. We can also provide high-quality translations of patent specifications, claims, utility models, office actions and official notifications into all European languages.

One-stop-shopping

In addition to validation of European patents in all designated countries, we are able to cater to the specific needs of our European clients with a one-stop-shopping service for validation in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, France, Norway, Iceland and Great Britain through one point of contact.

Our prices are competitive and we are always pleased to provide you with an estimate. In case of large, guaranteed volumes, prices are negotiable.
