Camilla has expertise within the areas of biology, microbiology, aquaculture, biotechnology and also agriculture and food science, including fish industry and functional foods.
She has experience in identification of inventions, drafting and handling of patent applications, Freedom-To-Operate analyses and litigations. Furthermore, she has experience with the use of IPR-analyses as a tool for risk management and idea generation in processes of development. She also participates in counselling on IPR strategies and structuring of companies’ IPR work.
She teaches clients who wish to add to their knowledge of IPR in their companies, and she has previously taught IPR at The Bioscientific Faculty of Foodstuffs, Veterinary Medicine and Natural Resources at Copenhagen University.
Camilla has been working as a patent attorney in Plougmann & Vingtoft since 2006.
