Katja has expertise within the areas of chemistry, biotechnology, food science- and technology, food ingredients and immunochemistry/immunology.
She has experience in identification of inventions, drafting and handling patent applications, freedom-to-operate analyses and litigations. Furthermore, Katja has experience in developing and use IPR-analyses as a tool for risk assessment and idea generation in processes of development.
Katja has worked as a patent attorney in Plougmann & Vingtoft since 2006. Prior to this, Katja worked as a senior examiner at the DKPTO.
Moreover, Katja is an experienced lecturer on issues relating to patent and IP protection as well as database searches.
