Mikkel has expertise within the areas of biotechnology, chemistry, food and dairy science, food ingredients and functional foods. His consultancy ranges from identification of inventions to preparation of negotiation of license agreements.
He is an expert in drafting and handling of patent applications, and he has experience within technology assessments, infringement assessments along with oppositions and appeals before the EPO. In addition, Mikkel assists in the establishment of technology co-operations between companies, and he acts as sparring partner when it comes to development of IP strategies.
Mikkel has worked as patent attorney at Plougmann & Vingtoft since 1999. Prior to this he worked as a scientist in a biotech firm and later as patent attorney.
