On May 19-23, 2018, IP professionals from all over the world will be gathered in Seattle, as the International Trademark Association (INTA) is hosting the 140th Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is considered the most prestigious meeting of the international trademark community and attracts more than 10,000 participants from over 130 countries.
Plougmann Vingtoft’s representative at this year’s conference is Ellen Breddam joined by Head of Legal at Plougmann Vingtoft Advokatanpartsselskab Lars Karnøe.
Besides, Ellen Breddam will be hosting the table topic “Are We Really Coming Together and Does One Size Fit All? Status on the EUIPO Convergence Program”. Ellen will give the INTA participants an insight into the “Convergence Program”, which seeks to establish a harmonisation of practices and legislation on trademarks and designs within EU.
