Our Head of Trademarks Ellen Breddam has been invited as speaker at the upcoming FICPI Sweden open seminar on “EUROPEAN TRADEMARK & DESIGN PROTECTION: Almost everything has changed in 2016!” in Malmö Thursday, September 8.
Ellen will discuss the matter ‘Praxis harmonization: The EUIPO Convergence Programme’ and share her thoughts on the EU Trademarks and Community Designs and what it means for IP protection from a Scandinavian point of view.
FICPI Sweden is the Swedish part of the organization FICPI (The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys) with members from more than 80 countries. FICPI regularly arranges seminars around the world, focusing on current issues and trends in the international IP work, such as the one taking place in September in Malmö.
Ellen Breddam has been a member of FICPI since 2007.
Bear in mind that the seminars are open for all, but FICPI members enjoy a reduced registration fee.
