In its latest magazine release, ‘Managing Intellectual Property’ (MIP) has published its rankings of the world’s leading trademark firms and practitioners.
Again this year, Plougmann Vingtoft has been favourably ranked among the best experts within trademark and design prosecution and oppositions in Denmark. At the same time, we are pleased to announce that we have maintained our Tier 3 ranking in Norway in the same category.
Our firm’s ranking on the IP STARS list emphasizes our position as a top trademark firm – a position that was recently confirmed by The World Trademark Review 1000 rankings for Denmark.
That being said, our trademark and design team is expanding rapidly and has just added new strong profiles and entered into an exciting strategic partnership with the newly established law firm, PV Legal. This means we can now offer our clients legal assistance and can represent them in conflict and litigation cases regarding IP rights, primarily within the area of trademark and design. It goes without saying that we willof course aim at an even higher ranking next year.
The annual IP STARS rankings are based on publicly available information, questionnaire surveys and thorough 1:1 interviews with IP professionals and industry representatives gathered over a period of six months. This makes the IP STARS rankings the largest and most comprehensive IP ranking in the world.
