A couple of weeks ago, we published the news about our innovative design client Price Invena, who ended up as a finalist to this year’s Danish Design Award in the category ‘Better Work’. The purpose of this award is to demonstrate how design can contribute to innovative and effective solutions to workplace challenges.
Monday, May 28, 2018, the Danish Design Award show was launched in Industriens Hus in Copenhagen, and we are pleased to announce that Price Invena could celebrate a victory. Their innovative product called ClampCut® received Denmark’s finest design award.
The jury had the following comment:
Birth is both a major life event, charged with meaning on an individual level, and a standard procedure in the healthcare sector. Thus, improving procedures in the maternity ward improves the experience for all families. The disposable instrument ClampCut makes it simpler to clamp and cut the umbilical cord on newborns.
