United Kingdom has finally ratified the UPCA 26 April and we are now one step closer to the initiation of the Unified Patent system in Europe!
Before the so-called “provisional application phase” can begin, there are still some obstacles which must be removed, not least the outcome of the complaint against the UPCA in Germany, which is scheduled also for 2018.
