David has technical expertise within the field of materials science and engineering, particularly in regard to processing and characterization of electronic and structural materials.
David is a qualified US patent attorney with substantial experience working at leading New York firms. He is experienced in patent drafting and prosecution on behalf of direct and overseas clients, private arbitration concerning patent infringement and invalidity, and patent litigation in federal courts and before the US International Trade Commission.
Before training as a patent attorney, David held positions at leading research institutions, including AT&T Bell Laboratories, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, Harvard University and the Max Planck Institute for Metal Research. Furthermore, he has served as law clerk on the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to Judge (Now Associate Justice) Samuel A. Alito, Jr.
