Dagmar is a Trademark & Design Attorney and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen, where she specialised in the protection of intellectual property rights.
At Plougmann Vingtoft, Dagmar is part of the Trademark & Design team, where she provides strategic advice on intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on trademarks and design. She assists clients with all aspects of trademark and design protection, including clearance searches and assessments of registrability and use, national and international applications, and the subsequent prosecution and maintenance of rights.
Dagmar also advises on and handles opposition proceedings, administrative revocation and invalidity actions, as well as other disputes and negotiations relating to trademarks and designs.
Dagmar was previously part of Plougmann Vingtoft’s Trademark & Design team and has returned to the firm following a period in the IP department of an international law firm in Denmark. In that role, she advised on trademark matters and assisted clients in matters relating to, among other areas, copyright, media law, marketing law, and Life Sciences regulatory affairs. She also has experience in IP due diligence.
Dagmar is fluent in Danish and English and has a working knowledge of French.
