Dagmar Bugge Isaksen

Master of Laws (LL.M.)
Dagmar holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen and specializes in the protection of intellectual property rights. As part of her education, she spend a semester in Belgium at the renowned Ghent University.
In her Master’s thesis, Dagmar investigated whether APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) are eligible for copyright protection.
At Plougmann Vintoft, Dagmar is part of the trademark and design department, where she provides strategic advice to clients on IPR – primarily within trademarks.
While Dagmar was studying, she worked at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, where she, among other things, contributed to the negotiation of new EU legal acts and their notification. She has also previously worked at two law offices.
Dagmar is fluent in Danish and English as well as speaking some French.
