Plougmann Vingtoft wins two awards at this year’s Managing IP Awards

Yesterday, Plougmann Vingtoft received the award for “Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year – Denmark”. At the same time, our Head of Opposition & Litigation Kim Wagner received great recognition with the award as “Practitioner of the Year – Denmark”.

Last night, IPR specialists from around the world gathered in London for the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2022 to pay tribute to the companies and experts who have excelled over the past year. Among them were five specialists from Plougmann Vingtoft, who could bring home two of the prestigious awards to Denmark.

Every year, the analysis- and news media, Managing IP (MIP), conducts a thorough and independent study of the IP industry. Through various research, online surveys and interviews with thousands of professional IP practitioners, who each give their recommendations of industry colleagues and on remarkable cases for the past year, MIP can nominate the winners. This research forms the basis for both a comprehensive reference work and the annual award ceremony in London.

Plougmann Vingtoft received the award as “Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year – Denmark”, and at the same time, our Head of Opposition & Litigation, Kim Wagner, was recognized as “Practitioner of the Year (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms) – Denmark”. A new category that MIP introduced this year.

“We are incredibly happy and proud that our efforts and good results are recognized in this way. We place great emphasis on making ourselves relevant in the business areas in which we operate. Needless to say, we are very honored by this pat on the back to both Plougmann Vingtoft as a whole and to Kim in particular,” says Finn Strøm Madsen, CEO at Plougmann Vingtoft.
