Managing IP has just published its annual list of leading IP practitioners who have achieved particularly strong results over the past year. Nine experts from Plougmann Vingtoft have been recognised. In addition, Plougmann Vingtoft has been ranked Tier 1 in Trade mark Prosecution (patent & trade mark attorney firms) and Patent Prosecution.
Every year, Managing IP (MIP), one of the leading international sources for news and analysis on intellectual property, conducts extensive research into the IP industry, resulting in its ranking of leading practitioners as IP Stars. The rankings are based on months of research interviews, case evidence, market data, as well as client and peer feedback.
To be ranked as an IP Star, a practitioner must receive a significant number of recommendations from clients, partners, and industry peers.
Peter Sørensen, Katja Sørensen, Michael Friis Sørensen, Jan Mondrup Pedersen and Christian L. Christiansen have all been named Patent Stars 2026. Our Head of Trademarks, Ellen Breddam, has been recognised as Trade mark Star 2026.
This year, Managing IP’s Rising stars have been announced alongside the IP Stars. Ida Rømer Johannesen, Jakob Schwalbe Lohmann and Vivian Nhu Vu Bui have all been recognised as Rising Stars.
