In the latest episode of EPO’s podcast Talk Innovation, our colleague, patent attorney Anette Hegner, guests the studio. Take a listen for an update on some of the key changes to the EPO guidelines, set to enter into force from March 1, 2022.
Several of Plougmann Vingtoft’s experts sit on committees that contribute to the development of patent guidelines and practices. This includes our colleague Anette Hegner, who currently holds a seat on the Standing Advisory Committee before the EPO‘s (SACEPO) Working Party on Guidelines (WP/G).
As part of her work on this committee and as a representative of epi in the annual revision of the EPC and PCT-EPO guidelines for examinations, Anette Hegner also participates in the lastest episode of the EPO’s podcast “Talk Innovation”.
Together with two other patent experts and SACEPO members, Heiko Sendrowski from chemical company BASF and Jordi Kox from Dutch firm EP&C Patent Attorneys, Anette discusses the most important updates to the newly published EPC and PCT-EPO guidelines for examinations, which are set to enter force on March 1, 2022.
